40! -- This is B&B class hotel, located in center of Jerez de la Frontera. Overpriced but cute.
Very small, tight and expensive even in compare with network hotels in Spain.

the hotel staff was extremely friendly and courteous. the location is good, very close to shopping and the historic center while also close to neighborhood restaurants, cafe's and clubs. The price was very inexpensive and there was staff at the front desk 24 hours so it felt very safe for a single female traveler like myself. It was handy to have the cafe downstairs and the tapas I sampled was nice. I liked the plaza directly across the street, The room was small and not fancy but comfortable.
While the shower head was good, the rest of the bathroom plumbing left a bit to be desired. There was a sewer gas smell if the room was closed up.

Good price. Nice bar on ground floor for breakfast. Location about 1 mile form city centre but handy for the Tourist Information office.

We've stayed here a few times in recent years. It's a pleasant and friendly little place, with a nice atmosphere and reasonably priced, within 5 minutes stroll of the centre of Jerez. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I'll probably stay there again on my next visit to Jerez.
Some fairly small maintenance issues. One of the lights in the room didn't work; the shower was a bit wobbly, as were one or two other fittings. Small items, but need seeing to.
